This is my first version "prototype" and was probably built around 2009
This is a model design I have been working on for about 12 years
Strat style bass with tremelo
Music Kraft P bass style neck, maple with rosewood fingerboard
Music Kraft P Bass style body
Thin laquer finish
Full size long scale bass, same scale as a P or J Bass
Seymour Duncan single coil 50s P Bass style 4 pole bass pickups
Pickups mounted into the pickguard and adjustable just like a Strat
CRL 5 way switch
3 CTS 250K pots
Standard 5 way Strat circuit
Stratocaster input jack with switchcraft jack
Hip Shop tremelo bass bridge
Hip shot Bass tuners
Bass is used and the thin laquer finish shows some wear
Set up is awesome, low easy action
Tremelo works perfectly
Can do dive bombs and go back in tune, stays in tune really great
I am not the first to build or design a Strat style bass but this is my first attempt at my particular design which I have revised, so this was my initial prototype .
This bass is light weight and plays and sounds great
