1967 Gretsch Songbird in Sunburst!
Only about 200 of these were made in ’67 by Gretsch for Sam Goody, a once dominant music retailer. The Songbird was essentially the same guitar as the Gretsch Rally, though with some minor changes to the visual design. The most obvious changes are the “G” shaped soundholes
Case handle is broken, I should be able to fix it but will have a visible crack
The binding in the cutaway area has shrunk a little and is pulling away so there is a little opening in the binding in that area on each side but its not horrible and could be left as is
Overall very good condition
Appears to be all original
Neck angle is good
Frets and neck seem to be ok
Neck is straight
Everything works as it should
