Date code JA January 1960, chassis serial number dates to late 1959 but I would say the date code is when it was finished and left the factory
1959 dated P12R Alnico Jensen speaker
Very nice clean amp
The center cone dust cover has popped off the speaker since it is OLD
Unmolested example with no weird mods or any major changed parts
The warranty has expired so expect to have your amp tech give it a tune up
